As a minimum, you must wear the following PPE:
- High-visibility long sleeve jacket
- Safety helmet
- Gloves
When on site, please also follow our safety guidelines:
- Report to the weighbridge before being loaded
- Use designated vehicle routes, parking areas and pedestrian walkways
- Comply with safety instructions given by site staff
- Use designated sheeting area/bay to sheet and un-sheet your vehicle
- Switch off your engine and remove the key when leaving your vehicle unattended
- Do not use your mobile phone when driving or walking on site
- Wear ear protection if required in designated areas
- Do not allow gas cylinders to come into contact with hot substances
- Before manoeuvring, check the area around your vehicle for people or hazards
- Seat belts must be worn at all times when inside your vehicle
- Flashing beacons to be used at all times on site
